					<description>I heard a video presentation of this at a conference this weekend.  It was so practical and needed.  I think just about everyone in the church feels like a dead leader running these days.  I can't wait to implement this and watch God restore peace and joy!

Thanks for presenting this excellent argument in favor of...vegetarianism. ;-) God makes banana with a handle and color-coded freshness system...but I don't see the same thing on a cow or a pig. For those, God made it so that we have to unwrap them and actually cook them. ;-)</description>
