His entry into Jerusalem was greeted by the people laying down palm branches under His feet – hence Palm Sunday. The same people will shout out to crucify Him just a few days later. This Sunday kicks off the series of evens that lead to the most important event in the history of Christianity and the world – the suffering, death and the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The history of the world was changed that week.
